A dull, overcast 14th of February didn’t dampen spirits for the Valentine’s Day wedding of Alan Glazier and Naomi Bailey.
The happy couple were married at St John’s Church in Shildon by the Rev David Tomlinson, after getting engaged in Greece last August.
The bride looked beautiful as she walked down the aisle to Ed Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud, in a Princess style gown with a full skirt in a cloud of tulle. The bodice was strapless with ruched ivory satin and the dress was adorned with organza blossoms and sparkling crystals. She carried a drop spray bouquet and wore a tiara of pearls and crystals.
Naomi was attended by bridesmaids Sarah Tomlins, as well as two of her sisters, Zanya and Karee Bailey.
The Groom was supported by two Best Men; his son Alan junior and best friend Michael Bennett, along with groomsmen Leigh Aldworth and Jason Bailey.
A reception was held in Elm Road Social Club and the couple plan to honeymoon in Spain later this month.
Camera plea
The bride and groom from the above wedding are appealing for the return of their camera, which went missing from their reception at Elm Road Club on Saturday 14th February.
The Fuji Film holds a great deal of sentimental value to the couple, having contained pictures of their entire wedding day.
If anyone knows the whereabouts of the camera – and in particular the memory card – please call Alan on 07863 299 390.
