This year marks the 25th year that Spennymoor’s Chikara Dojo of Kyokushin Karate has been operating as a Centre for Lifelong Learning at Low Grange Road, reports Adam Walker.
For a quarter of a century this amazing club has opened its doors to people from all walks of life and places around the world, in order improve their lives.
To celebrate this huge milestone, amongst other things, there has been an amazing mural painted on the club wall – adding to Spennymoor’s already interesting and colourful collection.
Pop along for a look.
Instructors and staff at the club look forward to providing another 25 years of service to those interested in changing their lives for the better.
