Fun Day – Little Treasures Autism Charity

Little Treasures Autism Charity, based in Ferryhill, is holding a Fun Day for everyone to help raise awareness of autism, the charity and to raise funds. Little Treasures is the leading charity in County Durham supporting autistic adults, children and their families.

The Fun Day is set to take place on Saturday 9 September from 10am until 2pm at Ferryhill Sports and Education Centre. The entry fee for the day is just £1.

“We have two bouncy castles, a soft play, a visit from Mario and Luigi, face painting, kids entertainment, possible dance show, disco, popcorn, and candy floss,” said the charity’s co-founder, Michelle Abbs. “We are also looking for any donations that we could use for our tombola or for raffle prizes,” added Michelle.

“Any unused and unwanted gifts, gift sets, any spare bottles of alcohol, we’d love if you could consider donating some to the charity. We also have some tables available for local stall holders too. Please email us at littletreasuresfunding[@]gmail[.]com.”
