Festival of Christmas Trees

The festival of Christmas Trees is returning to Ferryhill this year after a successful inaugural project last year, and everyone is welcome to join in this community event.

“We are inviting local groups, teams, business, organisations, schools, nurseries and individuals to get creative and decorate a Christmas tree,” said Glenys Newby of Approach Too.

“Your tree will then be on display at Ferryhill’s Festival of Christmas Trees which will be open free for the public to enjoy on Friday 24th November at Ferryhill Village Methodist Chapel.

“As well as celebrating Christmas, your tree can be a unique celebration and promote your group, team, organisation, business or school,” added Glenys.
