Kirk Merrington Craft Makers are holding their annual charity craft fair in Kirk Merrington Community Centre on Saturday June 27, from 12:00pm – 3.00pm. Entry to the event is free. This year the club is raising much needed funds for The Great North Air Ambulance.
Members of the club have been beavering away creating hand crafted items, which will be for sale at the event. Every penny spent on the club stalls will be donated directly to ‘The Great North Air Ambulance’ Charity. This is possible due to the generosity of the public who have donated the craft materials used to create the items.
There will be a Tombola, raffle refreshments, and friend of the group ‘The Blind Baker’ will provide wonderful cakes and bakes for the event. All profits from her stall will also be donated to ‘The Air Ambulance’.
Full support has been offered by the crafting community, who will have their own stalls including:

- Hand painted glass
- Artificial flowers
- Greetings cards
- Candles
- Wax melts
- Wood crafts
- Toiletries
- Jewellery
- Toys
- Much more
