With Spring now in the air, Shildon Town Bowling Club is looking forward to the new season, which launches with the club’s Annual General Meeting on Saturday 6 April at 11am in the Hub in Hackworth Park.
The first of the season’s Rollups For All is on Tuesday 16 April at 6.30pm and will be ongoing throughout the summer.
Various club competitions will also take place throughout the season.
The club will be competing in the South West Durham and South West Durham Veterans Leagues again this season.
The club is unable to raise a Ladies team this season but continue to have rollups on Thursday afternoons at 2pm.
Any ladies interested and wanting to go along would be very welcome and with some more players the club would like to go again in the league next season.
New members of all ages and experience are always welcome to go along to the AGM or any of the rollups.
