Thanks to funding from 4 Together Partnership, free Sc.outed bushcraft skills and adventure holiday clubs will return to Ferryhill this summer. Exciting and adventurous outdoor activities will include den building, cooking on a fire and getting creative outside.
Glenys Newby from Approach Too said: “The days will be spent playing games and having fun while keeping fit, learning new skills and enjoying fun outdoors with friends. The day runs from 9am to 3pm. You will need sun screen, waterproof clothing and a packed lunch. Healthy snacks will be provided.”
Cleves Cross Primary will host from Monday 24 to Thursday 27 July. It will then be the turn of Broom Cottages from Monday 7 to Tuesday 8 August and Ferryhill Station will host activities on Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 August.
