Spennymoor Town FC, now the form side in National League North, have seen their season transformed following a remarkable revival since the turn of the year.

Moors are now just four points outside the play-off places with games in hand over all the sides above them in the table and can secure a
position among the play-off places should they take maximum points from those.

The latest victims of the Moors victory march were Curzon Ashton who fell to a 0-3 home loss as Finley Shrimpton, Corey McKeown and Rob Ramshaw ensured Graham Lee’s side recorded a fifth win in a row.

This weekend sees Moors in another crunch away tie when they visit 9th place South Shields.
