Christmas arrived early at the Aged Miners bungalows in Ferryhill when the Ferryhill Miners United football team, coaches and parents gathered together to deliver Christmas gifts and cards to the residents.

The group was joined by Mayor Carole and her Consort, Cllr Peter Atkinson as they countered the wet and windy Storm Darragh weather to create a lovely atmosphere among the parents, children and residents.
