Throughout the 6 weeks School Holidays, children and young people of the town have been attending free weekly Street Dance Classes at Jubilee Fields Community Centre.

Over 60 children accessed the free sessions, where Steph Anderson of Dynamic Dance School taught various dances, culminating in a Showcase which took place on Friday 29th August.

Mayor of Shildon Cllr Henry Nicholson and his consort attended the event, along with the children’s families.

If you are aged 5 to 16 years and wanting to learn Street Dance, contact Steph on 07715 568 614 or the Centre on 01388 775425 for more details on Monday night sessions at Jubilee Fields.
