A by-election for the Broom Ward of Ferryhill Town Council will take place on Thursday 2nd November. Poll cards will not be issued to electors at the request of the Town Council. Instead, voters should attend the polling station at Ferryhill Sports and Education Centre, in Lambton Road, where they will be asked to provide their name and address in order to receive a ballot paper. The deadline to register by proxy is 5pm on Wednesday 25th October.
