Shildon Town Bowling Club’s belated presentation of trophies for the 2021 season took place at its spring meeting after Covid put paid to the annual presentation evening. Paul Cole was a worthy Club Champion scooping five trophies and two runners-up from eight available.
The list of winners and runners was as follows:
Dickinson Trophy: Alan Dickinson & Paul Cole. Runners up: Neville Plews & Enid Miller.
Les Wilson Trophy: Brian Watson. Runner up: Paul Cole.
Wilson & Vest Trophy: Selwyn Jenkin & Brian Watson. Runners up: Arnie Miller & Alan Dickinson.
Pat Lee Trophy: Enid Miller & Uffe Swenstrup. Runners up: Gordon Hanks & Paul Cole.
Colin Baxter Trophy: Paul Cole. Runner up: Brian Watson.
Keith Bennett Singles: Paul Cole. Runner up: Selwyn Jenkin.
Two Wood Singles: Paul Cole. Runner up: Neville Plews.
Men’s Singles Championship: Paul Cole. Runner up: Selwyn Jenkin.
